Highlights from IPA 2019

Don't miss our opening ceremony and our keynote speaker - Dr. Natalia Kanem. She is the Executive Director of the United Nations Population Fund and has over 30 years of strategic leadership experience in medicine and healthcare.

Join Richard Horton, Cesar Victoria and Stefan Peterson in Plenary 1 on March 18 at 8.30am, where they will discuss 'Sustainable Development Goals: A right for every child everywhere'.

In Plenary 5 on March 20 at 8.30am Linda Richter, Rafael Perez-Escamilla and Robert Bandsma will explore 'Every child thriving: Accelerating progress to address the double burden of undernutrition and obesity'.

Meet the Expert session 1 will feature Margaret Fisher discussing 'Evaluation of the child with recurrent infections'. She is currently the Medical Director at The Unterberg Children’s Hospital at Monmouth Medical Cente.

Get to know David Edwards in Meet the Expert session 5, where he will discuss 'Recent advances in neonatal ventilation'. David is Professor of Paediatrics and Neonatal Medicine at Kings College London.
