Happy 4th of July!

Summer is in full bloom as evidenced by sunny, warm days and cool nights! PLUS SEVERAL events offered during the day and evenings.

 The JAS

(Jazz/Aspen/Snowmass) brunch last Sunday featured world class trombonist, Wycliffe Gordon backed by a young tap dancer and lady blues singer. It was reminiscent of New Orleans for about 100 or so lucky patrons. And that evening Jose James sang Bill Withers! On Friday, Amazing Grace-Aretha Franklin’s documentary recording her only Gospel album from 1972 Performance opened here the same week

as on Netflix!

The Summer Music Festival of Aspen (MAA) also opened last week with several performances per day into August.

Of course, you book these cultural events after your morning hike, golf, bike, or tennis.

If you are ready for too many astounding choices, then book your ASPEN SUMMER!!

This season opened with some breathtaking high prices. I always wait to see some closings before I can evaluate this for you. However, all my best buys last winter did close at Best Buy numbers so I will try to do that again this season.

Remember, I can always help you with value if you are willing to do your own updating AND GO a mile or so east or west of the downtown core of Aspen.

If you are thinking of selling, please let me bring in the COMPASS CONCIERGE- we pay for the update and staging, and you pay nothing until closing. Click Here

RENTALS: There are a few left for summer but start thinking about your Christmas/New Year holiday

if you wish to rent.

NEW CUSTOMERS AND CLIENTS: Thank you for your confidence in my real estate knowledge. I am always looking for some new listings (Sellers) and buyers. Please continue to send your special friends and

family my way!
