It's the middle of February - wow! Time is flying! We are excited about the real estate market numbers so far in 2020 - with prices remaining strong and lots of buyers out shopping. Inventory is so low and we are struggling to find buyers what they want. While the average number of days on market is 82, homes that are updated and move-in ready are selling in a matter of days. Some with multiple offers. It's a great time to sell.
