NTSB issues final report on Dynamic Airways 767 fire in Fort Lauderdale
The NTSB found that the fire was caused by fuel leaking into the engine as a result of improper maintenance. A missing safety wire allowed a fuel line coupling to separate resulting in fuel entering the hot engine and igniting.
