Welcome to the second newsletter of the Arctic Cluster project, an initiative to share the wealth of innovations in the energy sphere being developed by public authorities and universities across the zone from Russian Federation to Atlantic Canada.

The project is supported by the Arctic Cooperation Cross-Programme and the Northern Periphery and Arctic Programme.
