Shalom Emma
Glynis Lipson, our Chairperson reports from Israel:
The International Magen David Adom conference (IMDAC) starts today with dedications of rooms donated at The Marcus National blood services Centre in Ramla.
We are very proud do be donating a room in honour of Woolf and Dora Rajcher z’l.
Being in israel for the official opening of the Blood Centre is a very special feeling with so many international MDA Societies present and having contributed to this world class facility.
I was also lucky enough to visit the MDA station in Yokneam where I was finally, after a two year hiatus, able to add leaves to our Tree of Life. See photos below.
MDA Australia is thrilled to be finally holding our long delayed, fun filled Trivia Night on Saturday night 28 May, please see the flyer below.
Due to the change of date over the past year, although we have lots of interest in the event, we have lost a few of our attendees, so if you're looking for a fun night out and like a bit of Trivia email, call or just go online to through the button below, and book a seat or a whole table.
Glynis is currently in Israel attending IMDAC (International Magen David Adom Conference). Another event that was deferred by two years! We look forward to her safe return and hearing about all the amazing updates she will advise us of when she returns.
We hope you are all keeping well and look forward to seeing you at our Trivia night at the end of the month, our next Blood Drive and or just a pop in to our lovely new offices.
Stay well.
