Preliminary report on Sriwijaya Air flight 182 details autothrottle problem

The preliminary report released by Indonesian investigators on SJ182 details a slow rollback of the autothrottle on the left engine, leading to asymmetric thrust and the aircraft rolling left before crashing into the Java Sea. Investigators are still searching for the cockpit voice recorder. A final report is due out late this year.
