DWAW's and DWUS's have a disciplined investment process employing Nasdaq Dorsey Wright's relative strength analysis to drive their portfolios to where market momentum is indicated. Both are designed to react tactically to changing market conditions.
 Investment Growth (12/26/2020 - 4/21/2021)
Past performance is not indicative of future results. Current performance may be lower or higher than the performance data quoted. Investment return and principal value will fluctuate so that an investor’s shares, when redeemed, may be worth more or less than original cost. DWAW

DWUS

An unconstrained global equity "go anywhere" strategy investing in domestic and foreign asset classes across any market cap and style, including emerging markets.

A targeted U.S. equity strategy using a technical, systematically-driven process to answer the question: What part of the U.S. Large Cap Equity market should be owned?
Tactically allocates to the highest relative strength rated factors which can include growth or value; small-, mid- or large-cap; and domestic or international emerging or developed markets.

Overweights toward S&P 500 exposure while tilting to the highest relative strength rated factors including equal weight, Nasdaq 100, low volatility, momentum or even cash.
    Cash Trigger —
When the market displays overall weakness, as measured by a proprietary NDW indicator, DWAW and DWUS will gradually move from equity exposure to cash. Once the indicator signals market strength, the ETFs will begin a gradual move back to their respective equity exposure.

DWAW: Investing Involves risk including possible loss of principal. The Advisor’s judgment about the markets, the economy, or companies may not anticipate actual market movements, economic conditions or company performance, and these factors may affect the return on your investment. Foreign investing involves special risks, such as risk of loss from currency fluctuation or political or economic uncertainty. Investments in emerging or offshore markets are generally less liquid and less efficient than investments in developed markets and are subject to additional risks, such as risks of adverse governmental regulation and intervention or political developments. The market value of debt securities held by the Fund typically changes as interest rates change, as demand for the instruments changes, and as actual or perceived creditworthiness of an issuer changes.
