Whether you're tuning in live or catching up later, GMA Video makes it easy to watch TV on your schedule. One of the most popular features our customers love? Restart TV and Replay TV. Here's how they work—and how they’re different:
Restart TV vs. Replay TV: What's the Difference?
Ever tune into a show halfway through and wish you could start from the beginning? With GMA Video's Restart TV, you can! If the channel supports it (note: not all channels and content do), simply select the program and press play. Depending on your device, you’ll either see a "Restart" option immediately or get a prompt asking if you'd like to start from the beginning once the show begins. You can also press "Select" and rewind to the point where you want to start watching.
Replay TV lets you go back and watch shows that aired up to three days ago—perfect for catching up on missed episodes, rewatching a favorite movie, or reliving the big game. Just open the Guide, scroll left to browse previously aired programs, and press play. It's that simple!
