One KC-135 lost, one damaged in mid-air collision over Iraq 
 
Two US Air Force KC-135 air-to-air refueling aircraft were involved in a mid-air collision over Iraq on Thursday. One of the aircraft crashed, killing all six crew onboard. Air India Express 737 MAX loses nosewheel after hard landing 

A hard landing in Phuket broke the nose wheel off an Air India Express 737-8 MAX this week. The aircraft was able to safely stop on the runway with no injuries reported. The single-runway airport was closed for much of the rest of the day.
