Much buzz at the AAAAI meeting about a "food allergy pill". In a Phase 2 study of remibrutinib in peanut-allergic adults, many could safely consume 600 mg (2 peanuts) at 4 weeks on the pill. DOT Backs Pre-Boarding,

The U.S. DOT has dismissed a complaint by nonprofits against Southwest Airlines. It finds the airline did not have to extend pre-boarding disability rights to those with food allergies other than peanut/nut allergies. Advocates are decrying the decision as shockingly unequal treatment. READ
