Managing overtime just became more flexible.
We've introduced a new Multiple Rate Overtime Policy that gives employers greater control over how overtime is calculated based on different working scenarios.
What's New?
- Configure different overtime rates based on Working Day, Public Holiday, Off Day, and Rest Day.
- Set different overtime rates according to overtime duration.
- Continue using the existing Single Rate Overtime Policy if your company doesn't require additional configurations.
Whether your organisation follows standard or more complex overtime policies, you can now configure them more accurately to suit your operational needs.

From a Small Community to A Bigger Stage
Can you believe the HR Carnival 2026 has already come and gone? Walking through The Campus in Ampang on the 16th of June, I was truly struck by the energy in the room. Seeing so many of you—HR professionals, finance leads, and business owners—coming together to share challenges and find real, human solutions was a breath of fresh air.
What made this year extra special was seeing so many familiar faces in the crowd. It’s heartening to know that many of you continue to grow alongside us; it really shows how much our mission has resonated with your own journeys. Seeing that lasting connection confirms that we are all moving in the right direction together.
For me, these events aren’t just about the agenda or the checklists; they are about that spark of connection. Whether we were diving into the nuances of statutory compliance with our partners from KWSP, LHDN, and PERKESO, or simply grabbing a coffee and chatting about the "chaos" of daily HR life, it was a reminder that none of us are in this alone.
I’ve always believed that the best work happens behind the scenes, where we turn complex regulations into smooth, stress-free processes for our teams. That was the heart of this year’s carnival: giving you the tools to turn your "Year Without Chaos" into a reality. From the practical HR compliance starter packs to the lively discussions on the main stage, I hope you walked away feeling empowered.
But a conversation shouldn’t end when the venue clears out. Many of you have shared that you value deeper, more focused discussions, and I’m already thinking about how we can make our next gathering even more relevant.
