This update is compulsory for all users and must be installed before starting your May 2024 payroll month.
South African users must install the update in both live and tax year-end copy systems for 2023/2024.

The following patch and tax files for Release 6.2a are now available on the Sage Portal for more information on this software release.
- Patch 1 - Botswana Report and dotmatrix print fix
- Patch 2 - DRC & Kenya tax changes, OID and IRP5 report fixes (RSA users must install on Live and Tax Year-end Copy systems)
- Patch 3 - Lesotho tax changes for 2024/2025 and fix for DRC 30% tax limit
Warning message "Cannot roll into May 2024 under 6.1a or 6.1b"
Your payroll application will only allow you to start your May processing on the latest version Release 6.2a. Click here for more details if you get this warning message.
Sage ID: 2-Factor Authentication
Sage ID serves as the authentication method for Employment Verification Services and grants access to the functionalities within the Sage Community Hub and Knowledgebase.
2-factor authentication (2FA) is now mandatory when you log in any application, site or feature with your Sage ID.

Discontinuation of Basic Access Control
