General Announcements
Annual License Fee Renewals
Your Annual License Fee renewal invoices will be sent out in early January 2025. Please note that these are payable before end February 2025.
You will also be able to view your invoices on the Sage Portal from January 1st, 2025.

Bank Confirmation Letters
As we continue to simplify our processes to support you, we're excited to let you know that we have automated the generation of Bank Confirmation Letters.
You can now apply for a Bank Confirmation letter online - please note you'll need access to the Sage Portal.

Bank Details Change
Aligned to our purpose at Sage of breaking down barriers so everyone can thrive, we are continuously striving to simplify our processes and improve our service delivery.
To this end, after considerable deliberation and due diligence, we will be processing all financial transactions through a new account with Standard Chartered Bank.
This change has already been implemented across several legacy bank accounts and comes as a positive step towards simplifying our payment platforms to supporting our customers’ more effectively.
Please note, that we have already updated our customer statements from June 2024 to reflect our new Standard Chartered bank details.

To ensure that we allocate your payment accurately and timeously, please use your Site Code located on your statement or invoice as reference.
Supporting Payment Queries
We value your time! We can help you with your account queries related to your customer statement or any payment allocation queries. To ensure you get the right support, choose Option 2 on our IVR when you call through.
